On June 13, 2024, a team of JICA officials, including two experts led by the JICA-iNTE Crop Coordinator, visited our center and several ROP sites in Punakha. The team was accompanied by the Fruit and Nuts Focal from the DoA and a Horticulture Officer from NCOA, Yusipang. The objectives of the visit were to review the status of project activities implemented both at the station and in the farmer’s fields during the JICA project period, and to gather feedback from extension officers and farmers to improve the next phase of the project.

The project’s mid-term review was attended by the Program Director of ARDC Bajo, along with senior horticulture officers and a few selected extension officers from Wangdue and Punakha dzongkhags.
