1.Perform laboratory analysis of seed and agriculture products for quality testing, and generate test report.

2.Provide technical support and backstopping to BAFRA field offices in seed sampling

3.Act as National Referral Seed Testing Laboratory for other seed laboratories

4.Collaborate with National Food Testing Laboratory to improve laboratory services.

5.Prepare and submit annual work plan, budget proposal, and report.
