Raising and planting of un-certified citrus seedlings is the main cause of spread of graft transmissible diseases (Citrus Huanglongbing, Citrus Tristeza Virus, CEVd) and soil borne pathogen (Phytophthora sp.) that leads to decline of many citrus orchards in the country.
