Integrated Horticulture Promotion Project (IHPP) conducted the third and final round of Systematic Training for Horticulture Demo Orchard and Nursery Farmers on 15-16^th June, 2017. There were 13 participants from Punakha, Dagana, Wangdue and Tsirang attending this third round of Systematic Training. The training was more on practical hand-on training at on-station ARDSC, Menchuna, Tsirang and ARDC, Bajo. The training agenda includes fruits thinning of citrus, pear, mango and persimmon and sowing methods of soyabean. They were also provided hands-on training on harvesting of pumpkin, water melon and brinjal and seed extraction. Training session was wrapped up with the award of certificates to the participants. The training was sponsored by IHPP based at ARDC, Bajo.
